It's an HDR picture, I blended several different exposures tgether to get the look, tweaked a bit around with the colours and blending modes and that was it.. no 3D or copy pasting involved..

I almost want to say 3D because the way some things have a textured look or lack real depth, and others look almost cut and past.

But this could be due to editing the photo or a setting on the camera perhaps which is why clarification would be nice.

cool none the less.
